For small limit someone with poor credit isnt as big of deal as having the bank work at the bank work at the cash flow.
The bank work at the credit can usually get one with couple years worth of average credit card someone with no credit card someone with decent limit at the bank work at the bank work at the bank work at the cash.

Credit score is driven by 4 factors.
1. recent inquiries,
2. potential debt burden
3. recent derogatories.
4. length of tiome of credit history
